Plan and schedule your Instagram posts in advance to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Click on "Content Schedule" in the main navigation menu.
Click the "Create Post" or "Schedule Post" button.

Select the most likely to perform hours. The system will schedule posts when people are engaging with your account the most, optimizing for maximum reach and engagement.
View all your tasks one by one to check at bulk and schedule posts. Review each scheduled post before finalizing.
Click "Schedule" to add the post to your content calendar. View usage and savings on proxies. The post will be published automatically at the scheduled time.
Go to Content Schedule > Create Post. Upload your image or video, write your caption, add hashtags, and select the date and time you want the post to be published. Click "Schedule" to add it to your content calendar.
