INFLOWAVE AI MODEL & DATA CONSENT POLICY

This AI Model & Data Consent Policy ("Policy") describes how AIAGS Ltd d/b/a Inflowave ("Inflowave", "we", "us", or "our") uses user data with and without explicit consent for machine learning features, automation, predictions, and algorithmic optimization within our Services.

This Policy applies to:

• Inflowave.io Website
• Inflowave Communication Automation Platform
• Inflowave Creator Marketplace
• AI-driven analytics, prediction, automation, and optimization tools

This Policy is in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. WHAT DATA IS USED FOR AI AUTOMATION?

We use certain user data to deliver core Services, including:

• Scheduled messaging and actions
• Inbox management and workflow automation
• Engagement metrics and performance analytics
• Account connection validation and anti-abuse/risk checks

Data used without additional consent (required for service delivery):

We do NOT use raw message content for training models without explicit opt-in.

2. AI TRAINING REQUIRING EXPLICIT OPT-IN CONSENT

Data only used if you explicitly choose to opt-in:

• Message text content you write or receive
• AI-assisted replies you approve, edit, or deny
• Preferences extracted from communication style
• Brand negotiation insights shared voluntarily on the platform
• Marketplace input text intended for promotion

Opt-in Applies To:

• Model fine-tuning
• Pattern learning on message tone, response rates, preferences
• Predictive communication suggestions

Opt-In is Always Voluntary

• You may choose to participate to improve personalization accuracy
• You may withdraw at any time without affecting core service access

3. DATA EXCLUDED FROM AI TRAINING (NEVER USED)

We do not store or train on:

• Passwords or tokens
• Payment data
• Sensitive personal data
• Government IDs
• Private media marked "hidden"
• Message data from accounts who have not opted-in

We never sell training data.

4. HOW TO OPT-IN OR OPT-OUT

Users may control their AI training consent via:

• Inflowave dashboard settings
• Marketplace privacy controls
• Written request to support

Opt-out takes effect within 72 hours, except anonymized model learnings that cannot identify any user.

5. CREATOR MARKETPLACE AI VISIBILITY

Marketplace participants may choose:

• Which performance metrics to share
• Which media to show publicly
• Whether to allow AI-based brand match scoring

AI Marketplace Scoring Requires Explicit Consent

If a creator turns it on, they may receive:

• Priority ranking
• Automated brand matching suggestions
• Predictive value scoring

Opting out will not affect basic Marketplace visibility.

6. THIRD-PARTY AI & DATA HANDLING

We may use internal and external AI tools, including but not limited to:

• Secure ML infrastructure providers
• Embedding models
• Classification or moderation tools
• Performance optimization models

Third parties do not receive identifiable data for their own training.

Any third-party processing is governed by:

• Binding contractual agreements
• Data protection compliance (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Prohibition on data reuse
