This page applies to AIAGS Ltd d/b/a Inflowave ("Inflowave"), our website, platform, services, and Marketplace features.

Inflowave does not sell personal information for money.

3. INFORMATION THAT MAY BE "SHARED"

When you do not opt-out, we may share limited data for ad attribution and marketing performance, including:

• Private DMs or Marketplace chats
• Data from accounts that did not opt-in to AI training

4. DATA USED FOR REQUIRED SERVICE OPERATION

Regardless of opt-out, we will still use essential data required for:

• Logging in and account security
• Payment processing
• Preventing fraud or abuse
• Verifying Marketplace accounts
• Operational analytics to maintain platform integrity

You cannot opt-out of essential operational processing.

Server-side conversion tracking (Meta Conversions API and Google Analytics Measurement Protocol) sends irreversibly hashed identifiers from our servers when you register or complete a purchase. This processing is based on contractual necessity and legitimate interest, not cookies. It cannot be disabled via cookie settings. To request opt-out of server-side tracking specifically, email support@inflowave.io with subject line "Opt-Out Server-Side Tracking".

5. VERIFIED REQUESTS

We may request additional information to verify your identity to:

• Confirm your residency
• Protect against fraudulent opt-out requests

Verification may require:

• Confirming access to the registered email
• In-platform confirmation requests
• Additional documentation in rare cases

We will not process requests that cannot be verified.

6. NON-DISCRIMINATION

We will not deny services, increase pricing, or reduce quality for opting-out.

Features that rely on advertising insights may have reduced accuracy or visibility.

7. MINORS

We do not knowingly share personal data of users under 18 for advertising.
