INFLOWAVE ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of AIAGS Ltd d/b/a Inflowave ("Inflowave", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any Inflowave product, platform, API, Marketplace, or integrated services, you agree to this AUP.

Failure to comply may result in suspension, termination, legal action, or reporting to integrated platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Zoom).

1. GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT

You may not use Inflowave to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others
  • Engage in discriminatory, hateful, or sexually explicit behavior directed at individuals or protected classes
  • Disseminate malicious content, malware, phishing, spam, scams, or fraud
  • Collect or store data for resale, scraping, or unauthorized marketing

Users must:

  • Maintain accurate account and payment information
  • Only connect accounts they own or are legally authorized to manage
  • Use the platform responsibly within account limits and industry compliance rules

2. SPAM & MESSAGE AUTOMATION RESTRICTIONS

Prohibited Messaging Behavior

Users must NOT use Inflowave to:

  • Send unsolicited mass messages without user consent
  • Mislead recipients with deceptive or false claims
  • Use bots to bypass Instagram/Meta rate limits
  • Use automation on accounts designed to impersonate others
  • Send abusive, harmful, threatening, hateful, or sexually explicit content

Anti-Spam Expectations

Users must:

  • Follow Instagram/Meta messaging frequency policies
  • Only contact users who have a reasonable expectation of communication (followers, past engagement, lead forms, signups, brand outreach, etc.)
  • Respect platform-level blocking and mute actions

3. IMPERSONATION & IDENTITY MISREPRESENTATION

Users may NOT:

  • Pretend to be another person or brand
  • Use someone's likeness without permission
  • Upload logos, business names, or branding they do not own
  • Represent false statistics, follower counts, or achievements to mislead Brands or Creators

Impersonation may result in:

  • Immediate termination
  • Marketplace removal
  • Reporting to affected platforms or authorities

4. PLATFORM ABUSE & API MISUSE

Users must NOT attempt to:

  • Circumvent system restrictions, protections, or rate limits
  • Use unauthorized scripts, bots, or hacking tools
  • Reverse engineer any part of the platform
  • Access internal APIs without permission
  • Share login credentials or tokens with unauthorized individuals
  • Trigger excessive calls designed to degrade platform performance

API access may be revoked without notice for violations.

5. DATA SCRAPING & LEAD HARVESTING

Strictly prohibited:

  • Scraping user profiles outside provided features
  • Exporting user data for resale
  • Selling "lead lists" harvested from social networks
  • Using Inflowave outputs to build a competitor dataset

We reserve the right to audit suspicious account activity.

6. MARKETPLACE BEHAVIOR RULES

Applies to Brands & Creators.

You must not:

  • Provide fraudulent metrics or engagement stats
  • Offer collaborations intended to scam or extort
  • Message others for non-business harassment, sexual solicitation, or personal attacks
  • Use Marketplace contact details outside negotiated agreements to spam

Inflowave is NOT responsible for disputes between parties (see Marketplace Policy).

7. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

Users must not distribute content via Inflowave that:

  • Promotes violence or criminal activity
  • Contains sexual exploitation of minors or adults
  • Encourages self-harm
  • Advertises illegal substances or stolen goods
  • Misrepresents health, medical, or financial outcomes as guaranteed
  • Infringes intellectual property rights

Illegal behavior will result in termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

8. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

Users must:

  • Use strong passwords and secure devices
  • Report suspected breaches or compromised accounts
  • Disconnect accounts they no longer control
  • Restrict access to authorized employees/team members only

Users assume responsibility for misuse caused by shared or unsecured access.

9. ENFORCEMENT & TERMINATION

Inflowave may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if behavior:

  • Harms user safety or platform integrity
  • Violates integrated platform terms (Meta, Google, Zoom)
  • Violates laws, regulations, or court orders
  • Creates fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

Severe violations may lead to:

  • Marketplace removal
  • Permanent bans
  • Reporting to third-party platforms or authorities
  • Legal action for damages

Refunds are not issued for termination based on AUP violations.

10. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Suspected violations may be reported via:

support@inflowave.io

We may require additional documentation for investigation.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may modify this AUP due to:

  • Changing legal compliance
  • Platform updates
  • Industry and API partner requirements

Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
