How much does the migration actually cost?+
Our custom buildouts (which include the migration) are priced between $1,500 and $10,000 depending on data volume, custom-object complexity, and the number of integrations. The fee is fully waived when you commit to a minimum of 3 months on any paid Inflowave plan. You can still try Inflowave for 7 days free before committing.
How long does a Inro migration take?+
Most agencies are fully cut over in 2 to 4 weeks. Day 1 we audit your Inro instance. Days 2 to 7 we mirror data into Inflowave. Days 8 to 21 we rebuild workflows, train your team, and run parallel. Day 22 onward you flip integrations and we monitor for 30 days.
Will my team lose access to Inro data during the move?+
No. Inro stays live the entire time. We run Inflowave in parallel and only flip integrations at the very end, after your team has signed off on parity.
What if my Inro stack uses features Inflowave does not have yet?+
We tell you upfront in the audit call. If a critical feature is missing, we either build it as part of the buildout (for paid migrations) or recommend you stay on Inro until the feature ships. No bait and switch.
Can I try Inflowave first before committing?+

Is the 3-month commitment a contract or a rolling agreement?+
It is a 3-month minimum on a single Inflowave plan. After month 3 you go month to month at the same price. No surprise renewals, no annual lock-in unless you opt in for the annual discount.
What integrations does Inflowave support out of the box?+
Stripe, Calendly, Zoom, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Zapier, Make, n8n, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Twilio, SendGrid, Slack, Pusher, plus any service you can reach over webhook. The buildout team handles every integration migration as part of scope.
Will my SEO and tracked links survive the move?+
Yes. Tracked links carry their slugs, click history, and conversion attribution. Landing pages built inside Inro can be re-hosted on Inflowave Websites with 301 redirects, so backlinks and Google rankings are preserved.

Can I keep using my existing Inro phone numbers and integrations?+
Phone numbers are not transferable between platforms. Our migration team provisions new Inflowave phone numbers with the same area codes and helps port any local numbers you own. Other integrations (Zapier, webhooks, Stripe) are re-pointed during cutover.
