INFLOWAVE MARKETPLACE RULES & VISIBILITY POLICY

This Marketplace Policy ("Policy") governs participation in the Inflowave Creator Marketplace, where businesses ("Brands") and creators/influencers ("Creators") may discover collaboration opportunities using Inflowave's platform.

This Policy supplements the Inflowave Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and AI Consent Policy.

Use of the Marketplace constitutes acceptance of this Policy.


1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

You must meet all criteria to participate:

  • You must own or have legal rights to any profiles you list (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • You must connect accounts via the official platform integrations
  • You must represent your engagement and audience data truthfully
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must comply with the terms of Instagram/Meta, Google, Zoom, and any other platforms connected

Failure to meet eligibility may result in:

  • Marketplace listing suspension
  • Metric verification flags
  • Termination of Marketplace participation
  • API revocation

2. PUBLIC DATA VS PRIVATE DATA

When joining the Marketplace, Creators can choose what is visible to Brands.

Never Publicly Displayed

  • Login credentials
  • Private DMs
  • Contact phone numbers (unless user chooses to display)
  • Payment history
  • Personal identifiers outside of social media handles

3. DATA VERIFICATION & FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect Brands and Creators, Inflowave may:

  • Scan for fake followers, purchased engagement, or bot behavior
  • Require additional verification for suspicious activity
  • Flag or suspend profiles with misleading metrics

If fraud is detected, Inflowave may:

  • Remove content or listings
  • Restrict Marketplace features
  • Permanently terminate the account
  • Notify affected Brand(s) when appropriate

Fraud includes:

  • Fake accounts
  • Bot-generated engagement
  • Selling scraped lead lists
  • Impersonation
  • Manipulating metrics for visibility

4. BRAND & CREATOR INTERACTIONS

No party is obligated to collaborate.

Both creators and brands may decline opportunities without explanation.

Misconduct is prohibited, including:

  • Harassment or abusive behavior
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Spam messaging
  • Unsolicited mass outreach outside of Inflowave automation
  • Offering collaborations that violate local laws or platform terms

Inflowave may monitor communications only for fraud, abuse, or security, not for advertising or training unless opt-in is given (see AI Policy).


5. COLLABORATION TERMS ARE BETWEEN THE PARTIES

Inflowave:

  • Is not a party to collaboration agreements
  • Does not handle disputes between Brands and Creators
  • Does not guarantee payments for collaborations
  • Is not legally responsible for the outcome of marketplace interactions

Users are responsible for:

  • Negotiating compensation
  • Delivering agreed creative work
  • Following applicable tax and employment laws

6. MARKETPLACE VISIBILITY & RANKING

Marketplace ranking may be influenced by:

  • Engagement performance
  • Real follower verification
  • Content quality
  • AI scoring (if opted-in)
  • Verified metrics
  • Recent activity

Users who disable metric sharing may appear lower in search results.

We do not manually alter ranking for payment or favoritism.


7. PROHIBITED USES

The Marketplace may not be used to:

Prohibited Action
Sell lead lists or scraped contact data
Collect data for spam or unsolicited marketing
Recruit for scams, fraud, or illegal services
Violate Instagram, Meta, Google, or Zoom policies
Share login credentials outside of the platform
Circumvent account limits or rate restrictions

8. TERMINATION & APPEALS

Marketplace participation may be suspended or terminated for:

  • Security risk
  • Fraudulent behavior
  • API abuse
  • Harassment or harmful activities
  • Repeated policy violations

Reviews are typically resolved within 10 business days.


9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy for, including, but not limited to:

  • Legal compliance
  • Platform changes
  • Third-party API requirements
  • Fraud prevention improvements

Continued access after changes indicates acceptance.
