Why agencies move from GoHighLevel to Inflowave

Looking for the cleanest way out of a GoHighLevel snapshot setup? Our team rebuilds your stack on Inflowave so every account, pipeline, and automation lands in production ready to ship.

Most agencies using GoHighLevel hit a ceiling around month nine: too many client sub-accounts, too many snapshots, and reporting that never quite rolls up. Inflowave is the destination most of them land on. Our migration team makes the move.

What our team moves for you

Everything that lives inside GoHighLevel (GHL), moved cleanly into Inflowave.

All sub-accounts, contacts, opportunities, pipelines, and custom fields
Every funnel, automation, workflow, and SMS or email template
Calendar integrations, booking pages, and Calendly or Acuity sync
Stripe and payment history so customers are not re-billed

GoHighLevel migration questions

How much does the migration actually cost?+

Our custom buildouts (which include the migration) are priced between $1,500 and $10,000 depending on data volume, custom-object complexity, and the number of integrations. The fee is fully waived when you commit to a minimum of 3 months on any paid Inflowave plan. You can still try Inflowave for 7 days free before committing.

How long does a GoHighLevel migration take?+

Most agencies are fully cut over in 2 to 4 weeks. Day 1 we audit your GoHighLevel instance. Days 2 to 7 we mirror data into Inflowave. Days 8 to 21 we rebuild workflows, train your team, and run parallel. Day 22 onward you flip integrations and we monitor for 30 days.

Will my team lose access to GoHighLevel data during the move?+

No. GoHighLevel stays live the entire time. We run Inflowave in parallel and only flip integrations at the very end, after your team has signed off on parity.

What if my GoHighLevel stack uses features Inflowave does not have yet?+

We tell you upfront in the audit call. If a critical feature is missing, we either build it as part of the buildout (for paid migrations) or recommend you stay on GoHighLevel until the feature ships. No bait and switch.

Can I try Inflowave first before committing?+

Yes. Start a 7-day free trial. After day 7 you decide: commit to 3 months and the buildout (including the migration) is free, or pay $1,500 to $10,000 to keep your plan month to month.

Who runs the migration on your side?+

A dedicated Customer Success Manager plus our migration engineers. You get one Slack channel, one weekly checkpoint call, and a Notion page tracking every workstream.

Is the 3-month commitment a contract or a rolling agreement?+

It is a 3-month minimum on a single Inflowave plan. After month 3 you go month to month at the same price. No surprise renewals, no annual lock-in unless you opt in for the annual discount.

What integrations does Inflowave support out of the box?+

Stripe, Calendly, Zoom, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Zapier, Make, n8n, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Twilio, SendGrid, Slack, Pusher, plus any service you can reach over webhook. The buildout team handles every integration migration as part of scope.

Will my SEO and tracked links survive the move?+

Yes. Tracked links carry their slugs, click history, and conversion attribution. Landing pages built inside GoHighLevel can be re-hosted on Inflowave Websites with 301 redirects, so backlinks and Google rankings are preserved.

How do I get started?+

Click Start 7-day free trial above to create an Inflowave account. After signup our team reaches out within one business day with a migration audit form and a calendar link to book the kickoff call.

Can you import GoHighLevel snapshots directly?+

We do not import the snapshot JSON directly. Instead our team rebuilds every workflow, pipeline, and trigger inside Inflowave with your input. That avoids carrying over GoHighLevel-specific quirks and gives you a cleaner production stack on day one.

What happens to my GoHighLevel sub-accounts?+

Each GoHighLevel sub-account becomes an Inflowave sub-account on the same agency tenant. White-label branding, client logins, and per-client reporting all carry over. Your clients see no change in branding.
