Inflowave uses GPT-4-class models tuned for short-form conversational replies, with Anthropic Claude as a fallback for nuanced sales conversations. Yes. REST API with API keys + webhook delivery on every event (lead created, DM received, booking confirmed, payment processed, etc.). We also publish an MCP server at mcp.inflowave.io so Claude Code / Claude Desktop / ChatGPT can read and write directly to your account.
