Белая метка Inflowave

Ваш домен, ваш логотип, ваш экран входа. Ваши клиенты видят ваше агентство, а не наше. Существует два уровня, и разница между ними - одна строка внизу страницы.

Why There Are Two Tiers

Most agencies who ask about white-label want the same thing: their clients should log into something that looks like the agency built it. A branded domain, the agency's logo on every dashboard, reports and notifications that carry the agency's name. That is the standard tier, and it is included on the plans built for agencies. You turn it on in settings, point a subdomain at us, upload a logo, and you are done the same afternoon.

The one thing the standard tier does not remove is a single line in the footer that reads "Powered by Inflowave". It is small, it is at the bottom of the page, and in practice almost no client comments on it. It exists because it is what makes the tier affordable enough to include in a normal plan price rather than sell as a separate contract.

Removing that line is a different conversation. Once our name is off the product entirely, your clients have no idea we exist, which means every support question, every outage explanation, and every feature request lands on you. That only works when the partner is genuinely equipped to carry it, and when we have enough commitment on the table to staff a success manager against the account. Hence the vetting, the upfront fee, and the annual term.

If you are still working out whether this model fits you at all, we have written the background up in detail: what white-label software actually is, how the agency model earns its margin, the platform-by-platform comparison, the white-label CRM category specifically, and what a fully branded GoHighLevel setup costs once the mobile app add-on is counted.

What the Vetting Actually Involves

Nothing mysterious, and no drawn-out procurement process. It is a short sequence designed to establish whether full branding removal will work for both sides, and it usually completes inside three weeks.

1. Application and business review

You send us what you sell, who you sell it to, how many client accounts you run today, and your revenue run rate. We are checking that there is a real business underneath the request, not a reseller hoping to flip a logo. Pre-revenue applicants are almost always declined at this stage, and we tell you quickly rather than leaving you waiting.

2. Vetting call

A call with our team to walk through your delivery model. How your clients are onboarded, who answers their questions, what your support hours look like, what happens when something breaks at nine on a Friday evening. If you are going to be the only face your clients see, this is the part that has to hold up.

3. Commercial terms

We agree the upfront setup fee, the annual commitment, and the per-seat or per-client economics so you know your margin before you sell anything. Pricing is set per deal because the volume, the support load, and the amount of migration work vary enormously between partners. There is no published rate card, and we will not invent one on a call.

4. Build and launch

Domain, branding, sender addresses, and support routing get configured with your success manager. Existing clients are migrated in batches rather than all at once, so a problem affects three accounts and not three hundred. Once the first batch is stable, the rest follow.

What White-Label Does Not Mean

Worth stating plainly, because the word gets used to mean very different things across the industry and misaligned expectations here are expensive for everyone.

  • You are not buying the source code, and this is not a licence to host your own copy. The platform runs on our infrastructure under your brand.
  • You do not control the release schedule. Product updates ship to every account on the same cadence, yours included.
  • Security, compliance, and data handling stay our responsibility and stay unchanged. Your clients get the same protections as anyone else on the platform, whether or not our name is on the page.
  • Full branding removal does not come with exclusivity in your market or your niche.
  • Neither tier includes custom features built only for you. Roadmap requests from partners are weighted more heavily, but they still go through the same roadmap.

Which Tier You Probably Want

The standard tier is right for you if:

  • You run client accounts and want the portal to look like your agency.
  • You bill clients for a service you deliver, and the software is how you deliver it rather than the thing you sell.
  • A small line in the footer is not going to cost you a deal.
  • You want it live this week without a contract negotiation.

Full white-label is worth applying for if:

  • You are selling the platform itself as your own product, at your own price, to your own market.
  • You already have a client base large enough that a setup fee and an annual commitment are recoverable.
  • You have real support capacity, because you become the only support your clients have.
  • Your positioning genuinely breaks if another company's name appears anywhere in the product.

Not sure which one fits

Send us what you are trying to build. If the standard tier covers it, we will tell you that rather than sell you a contract you do not need.
