Dutch activewear brand: 2.1x to 5.3x ROAS in 12 weeks via creative volume

Challenge
A Dutch activewear brand was running 4 TikTok ad variants on a EUR 60k/month budget. CPMs had climbed to EUR 14, ROAS sat at 2.1x, and the in-house team could not produce more than 4 fresh assets monthly.
Approach
Cobalt deployed a 32-variant per week creative cell across 4 hook angles (problem-aware, athlete-led, before/after, fabric-tech). Built a TikTok-native test grid that killed any concept under 18% 3-second VTR after EUR 200 spend. Scaled only the top decile via Spark Ads with creator whitelisting.
Result
ROAS grew from 2.1x to 5.3x over 12 weeks. CPMs fell 38% as algorithm rewarded creative diversity. Brand 2.4x-d budget while improving margin per order.
