A Series A devtools founder had 2,800 LinkedIn followers, was posting twice a month, and was relying entirely on outbound SDRs at a $312 CAC. Inbound was effectively zero.
Approach
Meridian ran weekly 30-minute founder interviews and shipped 5 LinkedIn posts plus 8 X posts per week, all in the founder's voice. Built a content-to-pipeline tracker that tagged every demo request to the post that drove it. Layered a fortnightly newsletter to capture mid-funnel readers.
Result
$4.2M in sourced pipeline over 9 months attributed directly to founder content. LinkedIn following grew from 2.8k to 31k. Inbound demo requests went from 4/month to 71/month. SDR-sourced ratio fell to 35% of total pipeline.
