Challenge
A 14-location NYC restaurant group had inconsistent Instagram presence: 4 properties were thriving, 10 were dormant. Reservations had been flat for 3 quarters and a new flagship opening was 60 days out.
Approach
Deployed a hub-and-spoke model with one central brand editor and 5 freelance shooters covering all 14 locations weekly. Standardized 3 weekly Reel formats per property (chef-led, behind-the-line, guest-POV) and ran "neighborhood spotlight" cross-promo between sister venues. Tied each post to an OpenTable promo for attribution.
Result
Reservations grew 58% group-wide in 6 months. The 10 dormant locations averaged 41% more covers per week. Flagship opening hit 100% capacity for its first 8 weeks.
