What we shipped, and what is next
Inflowave used to be an Instagram CRM. That is still the channel it knows best, but it has since grown into the whole follow-up: WhatsApp, Facebook, iMessage, SMS, email and phone calls, all through one inbox and one contact record.

Common questions
Is Inflowave only an Instagram CRM?
It used to be, and that is still where it is deepest. It is not the whole product any more. Inflowave now handles WhatsApp, Facebook, iMessage, SMS, email and phone calls in the same inbox, against the same contact record, so a lead who arrives in a DM, replies to an SMS and then books a call stays one person in one pipeline rather than three records in three tools. Publishing covers LinkedIn, YouTube, X and TikTok alongside Instagram.
What has been added beyond Instagram messaging?
A sales pipeline with custom objects and custom fields, appointment booking, lead capture forms, an AI website builder and funnel studio, link in bio with custom domains, trackable links, website heatmaps and session recordings, call recording with transcription, competitor research, and revenue attribution that ties income back to the campaign, workflow or conversation that produced it.
Are you still building Instagram features, or has focus moved on?
Still building. The other channels were added because customers asked to follow up leads that started on Instagram, not to move away from it. Instagram remains the channel with the deepest automation, analytics and inbox support, and it is where new conversation features land first.
Does the roadmap mean features are missing today?
Everything in the shipped sections is live on paid plans now, and each item has a feature page you can read before you buy. Only the in-progress and planned sections describe work that is not finished, and neither is required for the product to do the job it is sold for.
Can I request a feature or influence what gets built?
Yes. Feature requests come in through the suggestion page and the community, and a large share of what shipped this year started there, particularly the additional messaging channels and the reporting work.
