The public roadmap groups upcoming work into three buckets: shipping soon (features in active development, target release within 4–6 weeks), planned (committed to but not started, typically 1–3 months out), and exploring (ideas being scoped — these change order based on customer signal). Voting on a card pushes it up the priority queue; comments on a card surface the specific use case the voter cares about, which affects how we design the feature. The roadmap reflects actual engineering capacity, so a card sitting in "planned" for a long time usually means dependent work needs to ship first. Customer-specific feature requests that don't fit the public roadmap can still be discussed via the in-app support channel; agencies on enterprise plans get priority consideration on their tickets.
