If you own or run a business and a marketing agency has asked for your
permission to manage your online business listings, this page explains what
that means, what we do, and how to stop it at any time.
AIAGS Ltd d/b/a Inflowave ("Inflowave", "we") makes software used by
marketing agencies. We are a third party acting on behalf of those agencies and,
through them, on behalf of businesses like yours. **We do not contact you to
sell you anything, and you are not our customer** — the agency you already work
with is.
A business listing is the entry that shows your business on services such as
Google, Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp and various online directories. It typically
carries your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours,
category and photos.
Keeping those entries accurate and consistent is what your agency has been hired
to do.
Depending on the permission you give, your agency may use our software to:
or create one where it does not.
website, category, photos and description.
duplicated.
Two things are always separate permissions, and are never included
automatically:
You will be asked about each of those explicitly, and you can say yes to
managing your listings while saying no to either or both.
We ask you directly. You receive a link, you read the exact wording of what you
would be agreeing to, and you confirm it yourself. **Your agency cannot give
that permission on your behalf**, and a verbal "yes" is not enough — Google and
other platforms require it in writing.
When you confirm, we record the date and time, the wording you were shown, the
name and email address you gave, and the network address the confirmation came
from. That record exists so that if a platform or you ever ask, we can show
exactly what was agreed and when.
Permission requests expire if you do not answer them. **If you do nothing,
nothing happens.**
You can withdraw your permission at any time, for any reason, without giving a
reason.
support@inflowave.io with your business name and
address.
We will act on a withdrawal within 7 working days, in line with Google's
requirements for third parties. Withdrawing does not delete your listings — they
remain yours. It stops us and your agency from making further changes to them.
Where we make a change to your listing or to who can access it, you will be told
about it within 48 hours.
If you believe a change was made to your listing that you did not authorise,
contact us at support@inflowave.io and we will
investigate.

If you have received a permission request you were not expecting, or you believe
your listings are being managed without your agreement, email

and address and we will trace it.
