Step 01

Open Connectors in Claude

Go to claude.ai → click your profile (bottom-left) → Settings → Connectors. Requires Claude Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise.

Add a custom connector

Scroll to the bottom of the Connectors list and click "Add custom connector".

Paste the Inflowave server URL

Authenticate with your Inflowave account

Claude sends you to Inflowave. Sign in with your email and password, a 6-digit code we email you, or an API key, and approve access. Claude never sees your password.

Step 05

Start a conversation

Open any new chat on claude.ai. Click + (bottom-left of the composer) → Connectors → toggle Inflowave on. Ask anything.

The MCP server is wired to the Inflowave schema - leads, pipelines, conversations, agents, accounts. Claude understands the model and knows how to join across them without you spelling it out.

Reads run, changes ask first

288 of 537 tools only read data. Tools that change data are labelled so Claude asks before running them, and sends, deletes and bulk changes show exactly what will happen and run only after you confirm. Your Inflowave password never leaves Inflowave.

Live data, not exports

Every query hits your live Inflowave workspace. No CSV exports, no stale screenshots, no nightly snapshots. Ask the question, get the current answer.

Technical notes

Safety annotation

Every tool has a title and a read-only or destructive label. 288 of 537 tools only read data. Tools that change or remove existing data, or reach anyone outside your account, are labelled destructive, so Claude asks before running them.

Authentication

OAuth 2.0 with PKCE and rotating refresh tokens. Signing in creates an API key for the connection that expires after 90 days. You can see and revoke it any time in Settings → API, which disconnects Claude. Inflowave does not store your Claude credentials, and Claude never sees your Inflowave password.

Time periods

Most tools accept a standard period parameter:

Also accepts a single ISO date or an inclusive range.

Rate limits

Per connected account: 60 reads and 15 changes a minute. If Claude hits the limit it waits and tries again.

Troubleshooting

Claude shows no Inflowave tools

Open Settings → Connectors in Claude, disconnect Inflowave and connect it again. In a chat, check that Inflowave is switched on under + → Connectors.

Signing in does not work

Try "Email me a sign-in code" on the connect page. If your account uses two-step sign-in, or you are a team member rather than the account owner, connect with an API key from Settings → API instead.

Answers look empty or incomplete

Ask Claude to list your workspaces and name the one you mean. Data lives inside workspaces, and some answers only cover the workspace you ask about.

A tool says it is not included in your plan

Some features depend on your Inflowave plan. Your plan is shown in your Inflowave account settings.

Claude stopped after "too many requests"

Wait a minute and ask again. Each account can make 60 reads and 15 changes a minute.
