Client workspaces are included in your plan: one on Business, ten on Agency Pro and fifty on Agency Max. Each client gets their own workspace with its own inbox, pipeline and reporting, and there is no per-client charge on top for AI, messaging or a client portal.

Yes - the Business plan includes a 7-day free trial. The other plans are billed monthly with no trial, and you can cancel anytime.

We do not offer a blanket money-back guarantee. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial so you can test the platform before you are charged, and you can cancel at any point during it. You can request a refund of your most recent payment within 14 days of the charge if you have not meaningfully used the platform, meaning no more than 100 outbound messages and no more than 5 active workflows in that period. Refunds are reviewed against the full Refund and Billing Policy and are not automatic.

Inflowave gives you full Instagram analytics including engagement rates, follower growth, DM performance, campaign ROI, and per-account breakdowns. You can also track which messages, comments, or reels drove the most conversions across all managed accounts.
