Book calls from DMs, sync Calendly events into your CRM timeline.
Calendly is the most widely-used scheduling tool, and many of our customers already have an event link they share daily in DMs. The integration syncs both directions: outbound, you generate Calendly booking links inside DMs with one click (pre-filled with contact email so the lead doesn't retype it); inbound, every booking that comes through your Calendly account writes back to the Inflowave contact timeline, marks the deal at the right pipeline stage, and triggers the booking-confirmed workflow (reminder email, prep questionnaire, internal Slack ping, etc.). For agencies, you can map team members in Inflowave to Calendly users so the right rep gets the booking + the prep notes from the originating DM thread.

Send Calendly link from inside a DM thread — pre-filled email, tagged with DM origin, booking auto-syncs to CRM.
Every booking, reschedule, no-show, and cancellation writes to the contact timeline so reps see the full meeting history.
Calendly round-robin assigns the meeting to the right rep; Inflowave maps the rep back to the agency client they handle.
Auto-fire prep questionnaire, internal Slack ping, calendar attachment, reminder SMS — all from one trigger.
The free Calendly tier works for one event type. For team round-robin, you need Calendly Teams ($16/user/mo). Inflowave does not charge extra for the integration on either tier.
Yes — Inflowave has a native booking page that does most of what Calendly does (round-robin, reminders, multi-host). Use whichever you prefer.
On first connect, we sync bookings from the last 90 days. From then on, it is real-time via Calendly webhooks.
Inflowave updates the contact timeline + the original workflow. If the new time is past the original prep email, we will not re-send.

The Calendly integration plugs into the same Inflowave workflow engine that handles DM automation, lead pipelines, and unified inbox. Connect Calendly to Inflowave. Send booking links from DMs, sync booked events to the CRM contact timeline, and trigger workflows on bookings. Once connected, every event Calendly fires can trigger an Inflowave automation — and every Inflowave action can write data back into Calendly — so the two tools stay in sync without manual exports or copy-paste.
Most teams using Inflowave alongside Calendly land on a similar setup pattern: connect the account on the integrations page, pick the events you want to react to, and route the data into the Inflowave entity it should live on (lead, contact, conversation, or pipeline stage). Setup takes about 10 minutes for a fresh workspace and is reversible — disconnecting cleanly removes the webhook and stops the data sync.
Inflowave's role is to be the operating layer for Instagram-driven business — which means the Calendly integration's value lands hardest when there's a real conversation flow to attach data to. Agencies running multiple client Instagram accounts use Calendly per-client; solo creators tend to wire one Calendly account to all their connected Instagram profiles. Both shapes are supported by the same integration code path.
If Calendly isn't the right fit, Inflowave ships native equivalents for many common workflows (built-in scheduling, built-in CRM, built-in unified inbox), so the integration is meant for teams that already standardized on Calendly and want to keep using it — not as a gating dependency. The integration is included in every paid Inflowave plan with no per-event surcharge.
