Matt Kielbasa is the founder of Inflowave, the CRM agencies run their clients on.

Before Inflowave, Matt ran Boring Marketing, a niche-specialist marketing agency working with coaches, fitness creators, and DTC brands. The frustrations of running 28+ client Instagram accounts manually (broken tools, ghost replies, lost leads) became Inflowave's product roadmap.

Matt writes about the operator-side of Instagram: agency economics, DM automation that doesn't get accounts banned, conversion-rate optimization on creator funnels, and the gap between what the marketing-industry says about influencer ROAS and what platform-verified data actually shows.

He lives in Warsaw and replies to most DMs himself.
