Inflowave CRM
Pipelines, lead records and follow-up automation built around Instagram DMs, comments and story replies, with SMS, email and calls on the same contact. Run every client account from one place.
The leads arrive in a DM. The follow-up happens on WhatsApp. The call gets booked in a calendar tool. The deal gets tracked in a spreadsheet, or in a CRM that nobody opens because logging a conversation into it takes longer than having the conversation.
So the pipeline is a guess. Nobody can say which client account is producing, which setter is converting, or how many leads went cold last week, because the record of what happened is spread across four tools and two people's phones.
A CRM only works if the data gets in without anyone deciding to put it there.
Every module shares the same lead objects, tags and team roles, so a contact carries its whole history no matter which channel it came through.
A Kanban board with stages you define - lead, qualified, booked, proposal, closed - and a separate pipeline per client account. Contacts are captured automatically from Instagram DMs, comment keyword triggers, story replies, form submissions and calendar bookings. Nobody types a lead in by hand.
Read moreInstagram DMs across every client account you manage, plus SMS replies, email replies and inbound calls, in one place. One lead record shows the whole conversation history regardless of which channel it happened on. Assign threads to reps, leave internal notes the lead never sees.
Read moreTrained on your own DM history - typically 500 to 5,000 past conversations - so it learns your tone, your qualifying questions and how you handle objections. It works inbound DMs around the clock, qualifies against your criteria, books calls inside the thread and escalates the hot ones to your team.
Read moreA visual builder with 34 triggers and more than 50 actions. Conditional branching, delays, parallel paths, nested flows and webhooks. A stage change can fire an SMS, an email, a call task or a Meta conversion event without anyone remembering to do it.
Read moreScore leads on rules you set - keywords mentioned, reply patterns, engagement. Tag and add custom fields per lead. Follow-ups trigger automatically when a lead goes stale, which is where most pipelines quietly lose money.
Read moreEvery client gets their own pipeline, their own numbers and their own dashboard, with row-level isolation underneath. Agency-level rollups sit on top. Client dashboards can run white-label on your own domain.
Read moreLink each client’s Instagram account, phone number and email sender. Existing message history can be imported, so the CRM does not start empty.
DMs, comment keyword matches, story replies, form submissions and bookings create or update lead records on their own. Scoring and tags apply as the rules you set are met.
Your team works one inbox and one pipeline per client. Stage changes fire the follow-up, the reminder and the conversion event without anyone remembering to.

Migrating from another platform? Custom Buildouts covers the move end to end and is waived on a three-month commitment. How buildouts work
HubSpot, Pipedrive and the rest were built for a world where leads arrive through a form and a sales rep follows up by email. They are good at that. They are poor at a lead that starts as a comment on a Reel, continues in a DM, and closes on a call booked inside the thread, because the conversation lives outside the CRM and only a summary of it ever gets in.
GoHighLevel solves the breadth problem and is a genuine alternative, particularly for agencies whose work is funnels and email. It is weaker where the work is native Instagram messaging at volume across many client accounts.
If you want the comparison rather than our version of it, the write-up is here: the Instagram CRM tools compared, and the full capability reference is in what Inflowave is.
A CRM. There are pipelines with custom stages, lead records with tags, custom fields and scoring, per-client isolation, and a full conversation history per contact across Instagram, SMS, email and phone. The AI setter is one feature that writes into it, not the product itself.
Where the leads come from. A general CRM expects contacts from forms and email, so Instagram DMs, comment triggers and story replies have to be forced in through a connector that usually loses the thread. Here those are first-class sources and the conversation stays attached to the lead record.
That is the design. Each client has its own pipeline, inbox view, phone number and dashboard, isolated at the database level, with agency-wide reporting across all of them.
Yes. Custom Buildouts is a done-for-you migration: pipelines, workflows, forms, sites, A2P and SMS brand registration, domain authentication and integrations, built in 14 to 30 days. It is priced between $1,500 and $10,000 depending on data volume and complexity, and waived on a three-month commitment to any paid plan.
Basic is $149 a month, Pro $297, Ultra $497, each a flat rate rather than per seat. There is a free trial, and no free tier.
Yes, and in the direction that matters. Meta conversion events fire from CRM stage changes rather than from form fills, so Meta optimises against leads that actually qualified. Ad spend is tied back to pipeline revenue for real return per campaign.
