Approach

Built two parallel creative tracks (CA-native and US-localized) with different talent, voiceover, and pricing display. US-track landing pages emphasized free shipping over $75 (US benchmark) vs free shipping over $50 (CA). Ran geo-split tests for 6 weeks.

Approach

Built 5 landing page variants per hero SKU mapped to the top creative angles (vet-recommended, ingredient-deep, before/after, customer-quote, deal-led). Used dynamic UTM-to-page routing so the ad hook matched the page headline word-for-word.

Result

Landing page CVR grew from 1.4% to 3.96%. CPA fell 47%. Brand reduced creative pressure (fewer fresh ads needed monthly) because winners had longer fatigue cycles.
