Challenge
A Canadian outerwear brand was profitable at $80k/mo on Meta but every attempt to scale past $120k crashed ROAS to 1.4x. Creative was 90% static and they were fighting CPM seasonality going into Q3.
Approach
Shifted to a 220-variant per month UGC pipeline with 14 Canadian creators. Built 6 landing page variants per top product matched to ad-hook angle (warmth-test, weight-comparison, athlete-endorsement, durability-story). Layered Klaviyo flows with abandonment-by-product-category branching.
Result
Scaled to $620k MRR by month 8 at a sustained 4.8x ROAS. CAC dropped 31% even as ad spend grew 7x. Email + SMS now contributes 28% of total revenue.
