A US beauty brand wanted LATAM expansion but had no Spanish creative, no local creator relationships, and no understanding of which LATAM markets converted at what unit economics. Internal team had attempted Mexico in 2024 and burned $90k on Meta with a 1.4x ROAS.
Approach
Activated 60 mid-tier creators across Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina under licensing deals. Pre-cleared all skincare claims against COFEPRIS and ANMAT rules. Whitelisted top-performing organic content as Spark Ads on TikTok and Meta. Adjusted pricing display per market (MXN, COP, ARS).
Result
$4.2M in LATAM revenue in 14 months. Mexico contributed 51%, Colombia 28%, Argentina 21%. Blended ROAS settled at 4.1x with Argentina hitting 5.8x on lower CPMs.
