What this integration does

Most Inflowave customers also run Facebook Pages — the integration mirrors what we do for Instagram, but on Messenger. Inbound DMs route to the same inbox, AI agents handle FAQs and qualification, and conversations roll up to the same CRM contact record so you see Instagram + Facebook activity in one timeline. The Facebook integration uses the official Messenger API and connects via Meta Business Suite OAuth. Page admins can connect multiple Pages — useful for agencies running franchise or multi-location clients where each location has its own Facebook Page but ownership is shared. Reactions, comments, and lead-gen ad responses also feed into the inbox so nothing slips.

Does Inflowave support Facebook Workplace?

Workplace is end-of-life from Meta in 2025. We do not support new Workplace integrations. For internal team comms, use the Slack integration.
