Manage message synchronization for your Instagram accounts. Configure automatic sync settings, enable real-time updates, or manually trigger message syncing when needed.
Go to Accounts and select the Instagram account you want to sync messages for.
Click to download and sync your Instagram messages. This will sync all your conversations and messages.
Once messages are synced, you can export conversations if needed. Your messages are now synchronized and up to date.
Download your conversations and tasks. All synced messages and conversations are now available for download.
Message syncing happens automatically, but you can manually trigger a sync or adjust sync settings. Go to Accounts > Select Account > Settings > Message Sync to configure sync frequency, enable real-time sync, or manually trigger a sync.
